About the RoleThis is a Temp to Perm Contract, starting ASAP. As a SEN Support Specialist, you will provide support on tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH and behavioural needs, using creative and innovative approaches to engage and inspire.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
- Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching strategies to address individual learning challenges and celebrate achievements.
The post holder must have a valid UK driving licence.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
£28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
