Salary and Benefits
You will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy ongoing professional development opportunities and a welcoming and supportive school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and work closely with the SENCO and support staff.
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Engage with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for each child.
  • Monitor and report on students' progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Able to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
