We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring that expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
About the Role- Autonomously manage a portfolio of audit clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with Partners to deliver high-quality audits and provide strategic guidance.
- Lead audit engagements, including field work, and ensure that all aspects of the audit are completed to the highest standard.
- Support junior staff with performance, learning, and development, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handling queries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients, driving business growth and development.
- Champion your own professional development, scoping training opportunities and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of £50,000 to £70,000 per annum.

- Self-motivated and reliable, with a drive to deliver technical knowledge and support the team.
- Business development experience, with a focus on identifying services that add value to clients.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
