We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring that expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
About the Role- Autonomously manage a portfolio of audit clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with Partners to deliver high-quality audits and provide strategic guidance.
- Lead audit engagements, including field work, and ensure that all aspects of the audit are completed to the highest standard.
- Support junior staff with performance, learning, and development, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively addressing queries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to add value to your portfolio of clients, driving business growth and development.
- Champion your own professional development, seeking out training opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of £50,000 to £70,000 per annum.
