About the Role

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Data Science Modeling Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data science team, you will work closely with our Lead Data Scientist and Head of Insight & Analytics to deliver advanced analytics and machine learning models that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Model Development and Implementation

Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement predictive and advanced analytics models that support business decision-making.

Model Maintenance and Performance Monitoring

Monitor the performance of models in production and make recommendations for improvement.

Ad Hoc Analytical Projects

Deliver ad hoc analytical projects and research initiatives that provide actionable insights to the business.

Dashboard Development

Create and maintain interactive performance dashboards for various business stakeholders.

Process Improvement

Support the development of new data systems and processes and ensure they are utilized effectively within the team.

Requirements
  1. Advanced Analytics Expertise

A solid understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, statistical, and predictive modeling techniques.

Data Modeling and Mining

Knowledge of data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.

Database Querying and Data Manipulation

Experience with complex querying of databases and data manipulation with significant volumes of data.

Advanced Analytical Tools

Experience working with advanced analytical/data mining tools, such as IBM SPSS Modeller, R, SAS, or similar.

Effective Communication

Proven ability to produce effective analysis with actionable insight.

Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, ideally working with PowerPivot and data cubes. Solid coding knowledge, including Python, R, and SQL.

Commercial Experience

Experience in a commercial, transaction-focused environment.
