Job Title: Data Science Modelling Analyst

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Data Science Modelling Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Insight & Analytics department, you will work closely with our Lead Data Scientist and Head of Insight & Analytics to deliver advanced analytics and machine learning models that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement predictive and advanced analytics models.
  2. Monitor and maintain the performance of models in production, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  3. Deliver ad-hoc analytical projects and research initiatives to support business decision-making.
  4. Design and develop interactive performance dashboards to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  5. Contribute to the development of new data systems and processes, ensuring effective utilization within the team.
Requirements:
  1. Proven expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modelling.
  2. Experience with data mining and segmentation techniques, as well as complex database querying and data manipulation.
  3. Proficiency in advanced analytical tools, such as IBM SPSS Modeller, R, or SAS.
  4. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PowerPivot and data cubes.
  5. University education in a relevant field, such as statistics, business, or mathematics.
  6. Excellent coding skills, including Python, R, and SQL.
  7. Experience in a commercial, transaction-focused environment.
