Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide real-time insights.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis.
- Presentation of data findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the implementation of data analytics best practices and methodologies within the organization.
- Provide training and support to team members on data analytics tools and techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Power BI and SQL, good understanding of DAX and PowerQuery.
- Advanced Excel skills including knowledge of formulas, Pivots, PowerPivots and PowerQuery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with data visualization techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data issues.
