Estate Development Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team reforesting and rewilding an estate in the Cotswold.
We have a nursery to grow trees for the ongoing needs of the estate, and we are launching a business to offer services to other estates.
As a Rural Landscaper, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining new and existing woodland plantations, including watering, guying, pruning, ground care, and weed control.
Main Responsibilities:- Tree Care: Assist with the maintenance of trees, hedges, and tracks, including leaf collection, spraying, strimming, and ground clearance.
- Nursery Management: Assist with the maintenance and development of the growing tree nursery areas.
- Machinery Operation: Work with various types of machinery and equipment to prepare and maintain various estate areas.
The salary for this role is £28,500 per year, and benefits include extra leave and a full-time schedule.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, and the work location is on-site.
