We are seeking a skilled Wildland Conservationist to join our team at Charlbury Nursery.
As a key member of our Estate Team, you will be responsible for developing our new plant nursery, creating new areas to grow plants, and assisting with the maintenance of trees, hedges, and tracks.
Main responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:- Nursery Establishment: Help develop a new plant nursery, creating new areas to grow plants, potting, weeding, plant husbandry, and wider estates work as required.
- Track Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance of tracks, including leaf collection, spraying, strimming, and ground clearance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure equipment is safe and fit for purpose by undertaking daily checks, greasing up, and pre- and post-use checks.
The salary for this role is £29,000 per year, and benefits include extra leave and a full-time schedule.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, and the work location is on-site.
