About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled French Speaking Head of Performance Marketing to join our team at 3Search. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading our performance marketing efforts and driving business growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies: Design and implement performance marketing campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Manage Paid Search and Display Campaigns: Oversee the setup and optimization of paid search and display campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our sales, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze Campaign Performance: Conduct thorough analysis of campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate Insights and Recommendations: Present campaign performance and insights to senior stakeholders and the marketing team to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Performance Marketing: Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of data analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Strong Data Analysis Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience with A/B Testing and Optimization: Proven ability to design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
