Job Title: French Speaking Head Of Performance Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled French Speaking Head Of Performance Marketing to join our team at 3Search. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading our performance marketing efforts and driving business growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Display, and other channels
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to senior stakeholders and the marketing team

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Paid Search
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Pivot Tables
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
