Marketing Performance Lead

A forward-thinking marketing professional is sought to drive the development of a high-performing CRM team and spearhead the organization's digital maturity.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust email marketing plan, supporting long-term objectives of high performance in this field, and ensuring the CRM system is fit for purpose to activate wider marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a CRM strategy to improve customer lifecycle marketing.
- Build technical knowledge base internally within the organization.
- Provide insights and promote understanding of CRM across the organization.
- Support data hygiene, segmentations, and automation objectives.
- Create and maintain a strategy for measuring and acting upon key performance metrics across marketing channels.
Requirements
- Experience of CRM platforms, with Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
- Ability to train and support others in CRM best practice.
- Experience of using marketing automation tools and applications.
- Data analysis experience, and the ability to develop insights from data.
