We are seeking a highly skilled French Speaking Head of Performance Marketing to join our team at 3Search. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading our performance marketing efforts and driving business growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of performance marketing specialists to ensure successful campaign execution and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance marketing efforts with overall business strategy
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Communicate campaign performance and insights to senior stakeholders and the marketing team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search and programmatic display
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization of marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Fluency in French and English
