Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager for Contractors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and installers to sell high-quality products.

About the Role:

* Sell high-quality products to the architectural and construction sectors.

* Focus on generating and managing specifications with architects, design studios, developers, contractors, and installers.

* Split role: 80% new business development, 20% account management.

* Oversee projects of varying sizes, from design phase to on-site installation.

* Conduct CPD seminars as needed and maintain a strong project pipeline.

* Use CRM systems for reporting and analysis.

* Network with key decision-makers to drive brand recognition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience in specification sales with architects and specifiers.

* Background in selling high-value or technical products to contractors.

* Strong existing relationships with architect practices preferred.

* Excellent people skills, clear communicator, and strong negotiator.

* Well-presented, punctual, and highly organized.

Benefits:

* £40,000 - £50,000 per annum salary.

* Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM schedule.
