We are seeking a skilled Care Support Worker to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in mental health settings.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
- Assist in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse.
- Ensure that the patient is the prime focus when making decisions about their care and wellbeing.
- Assist patients with compassion when undertaking normal activities of daily living while ensuring that privacy, dignity, and human rights are respected.
- A minimum of 6 months experience as a Mental Health Care Assistant (Qualifications required to accompany individuals with 6-12 months experience).
- Student Nurse with at least 12 weeks clinical placements, studying towards a Mental Health Nursing degree.
- Weekly pay to give you access to your wages more quickly.
