Pension Communications Specialist

The Role: We are seeking a skilled Communications Manager to maintain our website, deliver bulk member communications, and provide excellent customer service.
Hampshire Pension Services provides support to over 300,000 members and more than 700 scheme employers. The role requires close working relationships with other managers and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation.
Responsibilities:
• Investigate and respond to complex customer queries
• Ensure the website is up to date with the latest regulation changes and is accurate, clear, and easily accessible for members
• Manage complex customer queries and complaints
• Develop and deliver training programmes for Hampshire Pension Services staff
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing people and some complaints and communications work. They should be highly organised, able to remain calm under pressure, and highly customer-focused.
