We are now recruiting a full-time Learning Support Staff Member to join our team at Winton Community Academy.

The successful candidate will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs (SEND) on a one-to-one basis, providing tailored support to help them achieve their academic potential.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience working with students or young people and wants to make a real difference in their lives.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Staff Member to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of supporting students with SEND and be able to provide tailored learning plans to meet their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing academic support to students with SEND
  • Developing and implementing tailored learning plans
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other support teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and progress tracking

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students or young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Salary: £12.85 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only

Contract: Fixed Term until 31 August 2025

Start Date: Immediate start date
