Payroll Administrator Position

Portfolio Payroll is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in payroll and be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
Responsibilities include processing weekly and monthly payrolls, timesheets, employee information, and statutory payments for approximately 5,000 employees.
- Process payrolls from start to finish for 5,000 employees.
- Process timesheets, new starter information, and leaver requests, including P45/P46/P60.
- Record and pay Company Sick Pay and update payroll system to reflect Statutory Sick Pay.
- Process Statutory payments - Sick Pay, Maternity Pay, Paternity Pay, etc.
- Process Attachment of Earnings.
- Support payroll queries.
- Administer pension scheme.
We estimate the salary for this role to be £35,000 per annum based on industry standards.
