Join us at Portfolio Payroll as we seek an experienced Employee Compensation Administrator to manage our payroll operations. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, this role involves processing weekly and monthly payrolls for approximately 5,000 employees.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Processing payrolls from start to finish, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  2. Managing timesheets, new starter information, and leaver requests, including P45/P46/P60.
  3. Recording and payment of Company Sick Pay and updating the payroll system to reflect Statutory Sick Pay.
  4. Processing statutory payments, including Sick Pay, Maternity Pay, Paternity Pay, etc.
  5. Supporting payroll queries and administering the pension scheme.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar payroll position, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. You will possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high standard of numeracy and literacy.
