Here at Serco, we are seeking a Payroll Administrator to provide general administrative support to our Payroll team.

**As part of this you’ll**:
Running of reports to be able to reconcile the weekly payroll
Completing checks to ensure Payroll is correct
Approve the weekly payroll or raise queries with outsourced payroll provider as necessary
Manage off system transactions including advances, bacs rejects, and Overpayments
Resolve data queries and process monthly P46 (car data)
Produce and distribute the annual P11D
Resolve all P11D Taxable Benefit queries

Ensure documentation is maintained
Support the wider Payroll Control and Compliance Team with their objectives and assist with ongoing project and process improvement initiatives

**What you’ll need to do the role**:
Good communicator both written and verbal
Microsoft Office Skills to include; Word, Excel, Power Point and Zoom
Comfortable with learning about new IT systems
Good people skills, team worker, adaptable, quick to learn
Enjoys working within a busy team environment
Five GCSEs Grades A to C including Maths and English (or acceptable equivalent).
