Engineering Excellence Specialist

The Technical Development Manager is a key position within our software engineering organization, responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive technical excellence. You will work closely with business leaders and engineers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, leveraging your expertise to deliver results.
In addition to leading and mentoring teams, you will contribute as an engineer within product teams, designing, developing, and maintaining quality technology solutions for our products. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business while advancing your career.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience in Application Development or related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The successful candidate will be based in the UK, working primarily in an office setting. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
