We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Gerrell & Hard. As a key member of our engineering solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
About the Role
  • You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree-level qualification in Engineering or a related field (BSc/BEng or equivalent).
  • APM PMQ, PRINCE 2, or similar project management certification.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A salary range of £45-65k per annum, plus bonus and hybrid working benefits.
  • 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays and additional paid time off.
