Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Child Welfare Specialist to join our Assessment and Screening team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to children and families.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of social work legislation, methodologies, and policies, with a commitment to continuous professional development. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for assessing and screening referrals, developing and implementing individualized plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for children and families. You will also provide guidance and support to colleagues, contributing to the ongoing development of our services.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A qualified Social Worker degree or equivalent
- Registration with Social Work England
- Extensive knowledge of social work legislation, methodologies, and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
