Job Title: National Sales Manager UK and Ireland

Franklin Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our UK and Ireland team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the UK and Ireland markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the UK and Ireland markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, customers, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the UK and Ireland markets, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
