Key Responsibilities

You will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties, including the executive team.
  • Develop presentations and reports to accurately depict progress, risks, and potential issues.
  • Foster collaboration through regular project check-ins and challenge resolution.
  • Ensure compliance and accurate reporting through partnership with finance and legal teams.
  • Oversee the execution of integration plans, focusing on people, processes, and technology.
  • Analyse post-merger performance to realise value and optimise processes.
