As Mergers and Acquisitions Project Manager, you will be responsible for all project management activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, helping drive strategic direction and growth.

The Opportunity

You will lead on developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets associated with M&A activities, play a vital role in identifying potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant information required for analysis and due diligence.
  • Communicate with all involved parties, including the executive team.
  • Develop presentations and reports to accurately depict progress, risks, and potential issues.
  • Facilitate regular project check-ins to maintain alignment and address challenges.
  • Partner with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and accurate reporting on financial impacts.
  • Oversee the execution of integration plans, focusing on people, processes, and technology.
  • Analyse post-merger performance to ensure value realisation and process optimisation.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus bonus, 25 days holiday, and other benefits that recognise your contribution.
