Senior Bid Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Writer to join our team at 3Search. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling content that showcases our company's expertise and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality bid writing content that aligns with our company's brand and positioning.
- Lead the tender kick-off process and work closely with our Bid Co-ordinator to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.
- Research and stay up-to-date on regional regulatory requirements, project scope, and client strategy documents.
- Write compelling executive summaries and marketing content that effectively communicates our value proposition.
- Report directly to senior management on business risks and opportunities identified in RFPs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bid writing and proposal development within a construction or engineering environment.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement and ability to understand high-level RFPs/RFIs/EOIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clearly for an international audience.
