About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Mechanical & Electrical services contractor with technical expertise in fire safety, installation, and testing. With a growing team and a focus on creating long-term employment and training opportunities, you will be part of a dynamic and ambitious organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the business with bid writing, delivering high-quality content that meets our company's standards.
  • Lead on and manage tender kick-off processes, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Work closely with a Bid Co-ordinator, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and deliver standard content, CVs, case studies, capability statements, and project profiles.
  • Research and analyze regional regulatory requirements, project scope, works instructions, and client strategy documents.
  • Produce compelling, factual, and focused executive summaries and marketing content.
  • Report directly to senior management, highlighting any business risks identified in RFPs.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience in writing and understanding bids and proposals within an engineering/facilities/construction environment.
  • Familiarity with reading and understanding requirements from high-level RFPs/RFIs/EOIs.
  • Public sector procurement expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly for an international audience.
