Senior Bid Writer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Bid Writer to join our team at 3Search, a leading Mechanical & Electrical services contractor. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling content that showcases our company's expertise and capabilities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company that prioritizes long-term employment and training opportunities. You will be based in a team environment, 5 days a week, with flexibility to work remotely thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality bid writing content that aligns with our company's brand, position, and processes.

• Lead on and manage tender kick-off processes, working closely with our Bid Co-ordinator.

• Provide training and guidance to colleagues on bid writing best practices.

• Research and explore regional regulatory requirements, project scope, works instructions, and client strategy documents.

• Write compelling, factual, and focused executive summaries and marketing content.

• Report directly to senior management on business risks, including those identified in RFPs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in writing bids and proposals within an engineering/facilities/construction environment.

• Familiarity with reading and understanding requirements from high-level RFPs/RFIs/EOIs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write clearly for an international audience.
