We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional to join our team as Deputy Head of Medical Philanthropy. In this key role, you will play a critical part in securing 6-figure gifts to advance medical sciences at the University of Oxford. Your exceptional relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and ability to communicate complex ideas will be instrumental in driving forward this exciting opportunity.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for philanthropic engagement, providing guidance on fundraising strategies, and managing relationships with major donors, alumni, and other stakeholders. You will work closely with esteemed academics and researchers to understand their ambitions and secure funding that supports groundbreaking medical research.
