We are seeking a talented Baby Products Brand Director to join our team at Kenvue. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative marketing strategies for our Baby and Women's Health brands in the UK and Nordic markets.

You will shape and lead the Nordics Yr2-Yr3 strategic plans, leveraging the strategy driven by the Global BDT, and working closely with the Regional Deployment team. Additionally, you will adapt and deploy effective creative campaigns and toolkits delivered by the Women's Health BDT.

This is a unique chance to work with a talented team, collaborating on key strategic projects for our UK Baby brands, including parenting media partnerships, discounter channel strategy, and ecommerce acceleration. You will also partner with local Commercial teams across Northern Europe to address challenges and drive opportunities to unlock category growth with key retail partners.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience developing, adapting, and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment. Strong commercial and financial acumen, as well as the ability to analyse data and identify relevant insights to act upon, are essential.

The estimated salary for this position is around £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Benefits include paid company holidays, paid vacation, volunteer time, and learning & development opportunities.
