About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Beeches, a Community Resource Centre for adults with learning disabilities in Stroud.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and participate in social and creative activities. You will work closely with our team to provide person-centred support, promoting the well-being and dignity of our service users.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities. You will have a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and be able to provide support in a sensitive and flexible way. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
