Day Services Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Beeches, a Community Resource Centre for adults with learning disabilities in Stroud.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
You will work closely with our team to provide person-centred support, helping individuals with personal care, daily living tasks, and accessing community activities.
We are looking for someone with a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly as part of a dynamic team.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of people with learning disabilities, a willingness to learn and develop your skills, and the ability to work in a sensitive and flexible manner.
You will have hands-on experience working with people with learning disabilities, and a strong understanding of the importance of person-centred support.
