Day Services Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Beeches, a Community Resource Centre for adults with learning disabilities in Stroud.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and participate in social and creative activities. You will work closely with our team to provide person-centred care and support, promoting the well-being and dignity of our service users.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and a commitment to enhancing their lives. You will have a strong understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities and be able to provide support in a sensitive and flexible way.
You will have hands-on experience working with people with learning disabilities and hold a relevant qualification, such as an NVQ Level 2. You will be confident in communicating with individuals and be able to work as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support.
