Risk Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Control Manager to join our team at TotalEnergies Gas & Power. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for providing a clear vision of the team's performance by defining KPIs for the underlying risks within our portfolios across commodities and instruments.
The successful candidate will oversee our high-profile broker agreements and support the Commercial Operations manager in coordinating swift action in response to escalations. A paramount responsibility is stakeholder management: effectively communicating to ensure relationships with brokers are maintained and that the service level provided remains at a high quality and communicate with a range of stakeholders internally such maintain good relationships with Sales, Commercial, Pricing and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Define KPIs for underlying risks within portfolios across commodities and instruments
- Oversee high-profile broker agreements
- Support Commercial Operations manager in coordinating swift action in response to escalations
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to maintain relationships and service levels
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experienced in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work closely with the Commissions Risk team to understand and support the implementation of any required changes
- Up to 20% bonus
- Permanent contract
