Risk Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Control Manager to join our team at TotalEnergies. As a key member of our Commercial Operations department, you will be responsible for providing a clear vision of the team's performance by defining KPIs for the underlying risks within our portfolios across commodities and instruments.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee high-profile broker agreements and ensure swift action in response to escalations
- Support the Commercial Operations manager in coordinating swift action in response to escalations
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to maintain good relationships with Sales, Commercial, Pricing, and Finance
- Identify areas of underperformance and implement measures to cover TGPs risk or operational challenges
- Work closely with the Commissions Risk team to understand and support the implementation of any required changes
- Bonus: Up to 20%
- Contract type: Permanent
- Hybrid - Office based 3 days a week
