Risk Control Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading energy supplier, driving business growth and ensuring the company's financial stability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate commodity price risks and ensure accurate reporting of exposure and MtM P&L.
- Collaborate with Finance and SMT to present monthly delivered results, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the effective reconciliation of trades and contracts between Trading and Finance, ensuring seamless communication and accurate data.
- Validate commodity and green certificate related invoices between Trading and Finance, ensuring compliance with internal audit and SOX rules.
- Commercial experience in an energy role, preferably with risk management experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret results and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking to drive long-term success and make decisions that support the company's vision.
