Community Financial Educator

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and facilitating financial literacy sessions to employed individuals in Sandwell and Walsall.
You will provide basic financial education to help learners make better budgeting, borrowing, saving, and banking decisions, encouraging them to manage their finances more effectively and avoid crisis points.
Key Responsibilities- To plan, deliver, and facilitate financial literacy sessions to employed individuals over a 10-week period.
- To maintain all learner records for information retrieval, statistical monitoring, and report preparation.
- To keep up-to-date with legislation, policies, and procedures, and undertake relevant training.
- To participate in structured supervision and support sessions.
- To endorse the aims, policies, and principles of the Citizens Advice service.
The salary for this role is £23,929 per annum pro rata, which reflects the location and requirements of the position. Additionally, you will benefit from a pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, refer a friend/family member incentive scheme, and annual pay reviews.
