At Recruitment Education Global Services, we strive to provide an exceptional education for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are now seeking a highly skilled SEN Teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching: Deliver engaging lessons to students in Key Stage 5 with various SEN needs, incorporating different teaching methods to cater to their diverse requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students receive the support they need.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on best practices in SEN education.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. QTS and SEN Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience working with students with SEN, particularly those with autism, learning difficulties, and emotional/behavioural needs.
  2. Inclusive Education Expertise: A deep understanding of inclusive education principles and a passion for creating an inclusive learning environment.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective collaboration with colleagues and parents.

Compensation Package: A competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, along with additional benefits including on-site parking and convenient transport links.
