Job Title: Learning and Development Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team at Baringa Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering innovative learning solutions that enable our people to be great at work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with our leaders and business units to identify and create learning solutions that add value to their world.
  • Proactively lead new learning initiatives to support people strategies, demand, and consultant performance.
  • Product manage our existing internal curriculum, ensuring it performs as it should and responsible for the ongoing continuous improvement roadmap.
  • Drive the end-to-end L&D consultation and design approach, from concept and needs analysis to deployment and evaluation.
  • Bring L&D team members and external providers together to curate, create, and deploy engaging learning solutions.
Requirements:
  • A track record of designing and delivering excellent blended learning experiences, including virtual, F2F classroom, and digital.
  • Experience in leading on the full cycle of learning design and delivery, working with stakeholders to co-create the end solution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Extensive proven stakeholder management experience.
  • A proactive, motivated, self-starter with the ability to influence and lead others.
