Global Learning and Development Partner

Are you a passionate and dynamic professional looking to make a lasting impact in the world of learning and development? We are seeking a Global Learning and Development Partner to join our client's forward-thinking team.

About the Role

This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work remotely, although occasional travel to company locations or events may be required. As the Global Learning and Development Partner, you will drive transformative growth, empower minds, and ignite potential throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop global learning and development programmes for customer service, leadership, management, and sales across the globe.
  • Deliver comprehensive learning and development strategies, including leadership development, coaching programmes, competency frameworks, and assessment systems.
  • Leverage online learning platforms and content agencies to provide self-directed learning opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with global leaders and stakeholders, with a particular focus on supporting the customer service function.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning programmes, mainly in the customer service domain.
  • Integrate organisational development principles with learning and development initiatives.
  • Align talent management practises with learning and development strategies.
  • Collaborate with People and Culture teams and other business units to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Work as part of the learning and development centre of excellence, focused on people growth.
  • Employ diverse, modern methodologies, techniques, tools, and digital technology to maximise the effectiveness of learning programmes.
  • Communicate learning and development policies and processes to stakeholders and ensure their active participation.
  • Define learning plans that prioritise appropriately and deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Support managers in identifying learning needs and providing guidance on workplace learning opportunities.
  • Implement and support competence assessment mechanisms that meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant qualification in learning and development.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an L&D role, with a strong background in customer experience.
  • Deep understanding and experience in L&D and coaching in the customer service domain.
  • Previous experience working in and supporting customer service teams.
  • Global experience is preferred.
Skills and Attributes
  • Alignment with our client's values and behaviours.
  • Proven experience in partnering with all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and credible relationships.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating L&D programmes.
  • Proficiency in LMS, e-learning platforms, and learning technologies.
  • Project management experience from inception to completion.
  • 1:1 coaching for individual development and performance improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Qualification in Learning & Development (e.g., CITP).
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Coaching qualification.
  • MBTI/Insights or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in learning.
