About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Advisor to join our team at Vets For Pets. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and their pets upon arrival.
- Offer guidance and support to clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their pet's care.
- Manage payments and future bookings with confidence and efficiency.
- Coordinate the smooth running of day-to-day routines using our online booking system.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Is a friendly and approachable individual who can build strong relationships with clients and their pets.
- Is able to provide guidance by staying up-to-date with practice services and additional services available.
- Remains calm and attentive, focusing on the client's needs at all times.
- Brings enthusiasm and drive to the role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a love of animals.
