Autism Support Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Autism Support Specialist at HF Trust. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
Salary: £14.42 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and shift allowances.
About the Role:
As an Autism Support Specialist, you will work closely with individuals who require support due to their Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities:
- Providing daily living support, including personal care and medication management.
- Assisting with household tasks, meal preparation, and budgeting.
- Facilitating social interactions, outings, and activities tailored to individual interests.
Requirements:
- A professional qualification in health, education, or social care is desirable.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with Autism is essential.
- A full UK driving license is highly recommended due to limited public transport options.
