Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Solihull. As a Mechanical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line engineering maintenance support to our local maintenance operational team in FA2 Trim & Final Assembly Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the maintenance team in recovering complex breakdowns, acting as the Mechanical Electrical Engineer under the Maintenance Group Leader.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance, break down response, lean improvements, and permanent fixes while concentrating focus on bottlenecks/constraints.
- Analyse performance data and create plans to improve facility high hurts through effective root cause analysis.
- Complete and document Preventive Maintenance inspections on assigned line as assigned by the maintenance leadership team.
Requirements:
- You will need to have a relevant Level 3 qualification in Engineering.
- You will need to be an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer.
- Experience will be needed in Roller beds, Drop Sections & Conveyor systems.
- You will need to be conversant with high-speed automation and will ideally have some experience working with Robotics such as ABB.
