The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Commissioning Engineers and Technicians, ensuring safety is the highest priority on the project, and driving continuous improvement within the commissioning process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of Commissioning Engineers and Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Safety: Ensure safety is the highest priority on the project, with a continued strive towards Zero Harm.
  • Commissioning: Lead all testing activities throughout all stages of commissioning, supervising the production of commissioning test documentation, and recording and management of Temporary Commissioning Aids.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with regulatory compliance representatives to ensure witnessing of commissioning activities is expedited.
  • Project Management: Ability to utilise completions management systems to manage commissioning activities, and handovers from construction to commissioning and commissioning to client.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively drive continuous improvement within the commissioning process, and progress to meet schedule deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Time served or equivalent in an engineering discipline, with project commissioning experience and experience with process commissioning, vessels & pumps.
  • Qualifications: HNC or equivalent, or route to achieve the qualification.
  • Skills: Design Tools/Software: Go Completions, Microsoft suite.
