This is an exciting opportunity to join Morgan Sindall Group Plc as a Commissioning Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

With a strong background in mechanical engineering and commissioning, you will lead a team of engineers and technicians in the planning, execution, and completion of commissioning activities. Your expertise will ensure that our projects meet the required safety, quality, and performance standards.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, pension scheme, bonus, and car scheme. In addition, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Commissioning Team Leader will include:
  • Leading a team of engineers and technicians in the planning, execution, and completion of commissioning activities.
  • Developing and implementing commissioning plans and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs, resource allocation, and project timelines.
