Mechanical System Integration Lead Job Summary

Morson Talent is seeking an experienced mechanical system integration lead to join our team. As a mechanical system integration lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that design solutions meet requirements and are feasible for production.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in flight controls systems engineering, with experience in specifying, designing, and integrating complex mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet requirements and are feasible for production
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and design plans
  • Provide technical expertise to support the development of new flight controls systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in flight controls systems engineering, with a focus on actuation and landing gear systems
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and solutions that meet customer requirements

Salary: £52.78 per hour (including holiday pay) or £40 per hour PAYE basic, with additional compensation available for umbrella company workers

Location: Warton, Preston

Contract Duration: 12 months
