About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the care pathways and building the culture of our new acute Mental Health service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safe assessment, treatment, and discharge of patients
  • Medication management and quality assurance
  • Leading and managing the CPA and ICR process to ensure compliance with quality standards

You will also be required to take part in the On Call Consultant rota.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

  • Be medically qualified, MRC Psych or equivalent
  • Have essential understanding of current developments in psychiatry and other aspects of mental health
  • Have substantial knowledge of change management, relevant legislation, and contemporary issues in mental health
