Job Description:
Corus Consultancy is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will be expected to provide administrative support, including answering telephone calls, noting and relaying messages, and assisting with various queries. You will also be responsible for maintaining the overall tidiness of the office, replenishing stationery supplies, and advising on stationery levels. Additionally, you will be required to confirm appointments, monitor online blogs and social media, and uphold pride in your workplace. You will also be responsible for retrieving and researching information as requested, photocopying, binding, filing, and laminating documents, and dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when required. The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
