We are currently looking for a skilled Operations Support Officer to join our team at Selco Builders Warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.

About the Role
  • Responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone calls and emails, liaise with branches and suppliers, book planned vehicle and MHE services, maintain vehicle file management, order consumables, raise purchase order numbers, process invoices, and process fines and penalties.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, excellent data entry skills and attention to detail, familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication.
